apply a few drops directly to the scalp on damp or dry hair. gently massage with fingertips to stimulate and nourish. style as usual. use 2–3 times per week.

for fine or oily-prone hair, use 1–2 times weekly.

for hot oil treatments:
on clean, damp hair, apply oil from scalp to ends. gently massage to distribute. cover with a warm towel or sit under the 'fly dry' hooded dryer on low heat for 15–20 minutes. Follow with shampoo to remove excess oil.
